Martha Tumwebaze has a diverse background in customer service and operations management, with experience in companies such as Prudential Uganda, IBM, airtel, Jumia Uganda, and iSON BPO. Currently serving as the Senior Manager Customer Experience at Prudential Uganda, MARTHA is responsible for formulating and driving the Customer Experience strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Prior roles include Team Leader - Operations at IBM, Customer Service Representative at airtel, Head of Customer Service and Head of Customer Experience at Jumia Uganda, and Deputy Manager Operations as well as Assistant Manager - Work Force Management & Planning at iSON BPO.
