Lilian Ng

Lilian is Managing Director of the Strategic Business Group covering China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. She is also responsible for Agency and Banca, Customer Analytics and Insights, and Brand and Marketing.

Lilian is Chief Executive, Insurance, responsible for our Group-wide customer, distribution and marketing strategy and deployment of solutions across our network of insurance businesses, driving business performance in the digital world to deliver customer ambitions and success. She has also been accountable for the corporate governance of the local business units, legal and government relations. She is the chairperson for Prudential Hong Kong, Prudential Singapore, Prudential Thailand, Pulse Ecosystem; a director for Prudential Malaysia, Prudential Vietnam, Citic Prudential and PruBSN; and shareholder representative for Prudential Indonesia.

Lilian has been part of the Prudential family for over 20 years and has held a range of leadership roles, including PCA Chief Operating Officer, Insurance for six years. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
