Rajalakshmi Sriram

Rajalakshmi Sriram currently serves as the Director of Customer Servicing and Experience Solutions at Prudential plc since May 2024. Prior to this role, Rajalakshmi held several key positions at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, including Business Lead for PRUServices, Head of Workflow & Content Manager Platforms for IFRS17, and Business Technology Leader from September 2018 to April 2024. Rajalakshmi also gained valuable experience as a Manager in Consulting at Cognizant from June 2016 to August 2018, and as a Service Delivery Manager at Mindtree between October 2009 and June 2016. The career began as a Business Analyst at Satyam Computer Services from May 2005 to September 2009. Rajalakshmi completed education at Bharathiar University and the Indian School Muscat.
