Jennifer Pasqualini

Jennifer has been the VP of Total Rewards at Autodesk providing leadership for the Compensation, Benefits, M & A and Global Mobility functions since November 2019. Jennifer has nearly 20 years of experience in HR leadership. Prior to Autodesk Jennifer most recently served as VP of Total Rewards at Workday, where her teams focused on all aspects of compensation, benefits and other key elements of the employee experience. Jennifer also led the M & A function, HR Operations and Global Mobility at Workday for over two years. Prior to Workday, she held senior compensation and benefits leadership positions at Altera Corporation, Adobe and Plexus Corporation.
