Christopher T. Fulton

Chris Fulton is the Chief Operating Officer for Pryor Cashman. He is responsible for the firm’s operations, including finance, technology, business development, human resources, practice development, facilities, and other direct legal support.

As a key member of Pryor Cashman’s management team, Chris works alongside the Executive Committee to create and facilitate a comprehensive and thorough leadership strategy for the firm.

Chris has more than 20 years of experience in operations, finance, and business management, working with some of the world’s largest and most innovative public companies and private corporations as a consultant, and internal business and transaction advisor. Chris is on the Board of Directors of the Association for Financial Professionals, where he serves on the Audit Committee.
