Dennis Sughrue is a partner and co-chair of the Real Estate Group and a Banking & Finance Group member. His practice spans the range of disciplines within real estate, from the acquisition, financing, and capitalization of prominent development projects in New York and other major cities to the acquisition and renegotiation of distressed debt. Dennis melds technical expertise with the pragmatism required to transact in the real estate space. Dennis is also a member of the firm's Diversity Committee.
