Laura Figini

Laura Figini has had an extensive and varied work experience. Laura started their career as a Business Controller at Pirelli Cavi e Sistemi Spa in 1995 and later became an Investment Group Controller. In 2004, they moved to Pirelli Cavi e Sistemi Energia Spa as the Controller of Holding Companies. In 2006, they joined Prysmian Group as a Financial Controller and eventually became the Planning and Reporting Director. Laura also served as the Head of Planning and Board Member of Oman Cables Industry SAOG. Currently, Laura holds the position of Group Labour cost, Workforce Planning and People Analytics Director as well as HRBP Energy Division Director at Prysmian Group.
