Samantha Jennings

Samantha Jennings, PHR, CLRP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Prysmian Group since September 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Atlas Roofing Corporation and HR Business Partner at TechnipFMC. Samantha's extensive background in HR began at General Cable, where various positions encompassed Corporate Recruiter and Human Resource Generalist. Key achievements include leading Project LoneStar, resulting in the onboarding of 102 new hires and an impressive retention rate. Prior experience also includes serving as Talent Cultivation Director at Longview Economic Development Corporation, where initiatives led to Gregg County becoming Texas's first Work Ready county. An early career in economic development included directing grant writing for the East Texas Council of Governments. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology from Austin College.
