Gerald Thayer

Gerald Thayer has extensive experience in the aviation maintenance and quality control field, currently serving as a Quality Control Inspector and recently promoted to Maintenance Supervisor at PSA Airlines since 2017. Prior to this, Gerald held the position of Lead Mechanic at ASTAR Air Cargo from December 1990 to June 2012 and worked as an Aircraft Mechanic at Kalitta Flying Services from September 1986 to November 1990. Gerald's career began with a lengthy tenure in the United States Air Force from June 1966 to July 1986, where responsibilities included Aircraft Mechanic, Flight Chief, and Assistant NCOIC for maintenance control.
