Brooke Erickson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brooke currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at PSA Security Network, where they are responsible for overseeing the organization's learning and development initiatives. Prior to this, Brooke founded Soulshine Leadership, a platform that provides advice, guidance, and knowledge about self-awareness and leadership.

Brooke also has experience in the corporate sector, having worked at White Cap as the Manager of Leadership Development & Talent Programs and as a Senior Learning Specialist. In these roles, they were involved in designing and implementing leadership development and talent programs. Additionally, they worked at National Vision Inc. as a Learning Specialist, focusing on management education, and as a General Manager, where they achieved significant results in reducing deficits and promoting internal talent.

In the non-profit sector, Brooke served as a Public Relations professional at Women's Global Leadership Initiative. In this role, they contributed to educating women on leadership and addressing issues related to women's economic development and gender inequities.

Earlier in their career, Brooke worked at Luxottica as an Optical Team Lead-Mentorship Captain, responsible for implementing strategic business plans. Brooke also gained experience as a Contributing Writer at Echo Press Newspaper and completed an internship in University Relations at the University of North Dakota.

Brooke Erickson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of North Dakota, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Black Hills State University, graduating in 2015. In 2008 and 2009, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the American College of Norway.
