Dr Shohana Rahman Deeba has an extensive work experience in the field of power systems engineering. Dr Shohana Rahman currently holds the position of Power Systems Engineer at PSC - Power Systems Consultants since July 2023. Prior to this, they were associated with North South University where they had various roles including Associate Professor (On Leave), Associate Professor, Investigator and Coordinator of CPS Testbed Project, and Assistant Professor. Dr Shohana Rahman'stenure at North South University spanned from August 2017 to February 2023. Before joining North South University, Dr Deeba worked as a PHD Researcher at The University of Queensland from October 2013 to July 2017. Dr Shohana Rahman Deeba completed their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, which they received between the years 2004 and 2009. Dr Shohana Rahman then pursued a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with a focus on Power and Electronics, at the same university from 2010 to 2013. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from The University of Queensland in the field of Power and Energy Systems, studying from 2013 to 2017.
