Leo Carlos Jimenez has over 17 years of experience in team management and recruitment within the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Team Manager at PSG Global Solutions since October 2020, Leo is responsible for account implementation, growth, and recruitment performance management. Previously, Leo held several positions at [24]7.ai from June 2010 to October 2020, starting as a Technical Support Representative and advancing to Senior Team Lead, where management of staff and department activities was key.
