Penny Baldwin

Penny is a senior advisor and Board Director at EverCommerce, a growing SAAS software company serving the digital transformation needs of small businesses worldwide. She was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Qualcomm, leading the company’s global marketing efforts—including corporate communications, crisis management, strategic planning, brand management and creative services, product and partner marketing, digital transformation and operations, digital marketing, and insights and analytics. Prior to Qualcomm, Penny served in two distinct roles at Intel (Nasdaq: INTC); she was EVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Intel-owned antivirus company McAfee, where she then added the role of VP and General Manager of Global Brand Management and Reputation at Intel. She was responsible for leading all facets of the corporate brand worldwide and developing Intel’s global brand strategy.

Penny has more than 20 years of agency management experience, most recently as President and CEO of Y&R Advertising and Wunderman Direct Marketing at Young & Rubicam. She held P&L responsibility and drove seven years of consecutive growth in revenue and profitability.
