Paul Nicastri

Paul Nicastri is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in both engineering and skiing instruction. Currently serving as a part-time ski instructor at Vail's Mount Brighton resort and as a Program Manager for MDOT Aeronautics, Paul utilizes a robust background that includes prior roles as a ski instructor at Pine Knob and Alpine Valley Ski Resorts, and as a professional photographer with Kaiser Studio. With a solid engineering foundation from Purdue University Northwest and Kettering University, Paul held significant positions such as Electro-Mechanical Engineer at Ford Motor Company and Mechanical Engineer at Magna International, where Paul managed critical projects and achieved substantial savings for these organizations. Paul Nicastri is also a PSIA Level 1 certified ski instructor, bringing over 25 years of skiing experience to the role.
