Peter Ness

Peter Ness is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in securities, corporate, and tax law. Currently serving as a Partner at Freeman | Lovell, PLLC since October 2022, Peter represents clients in transactional practices and provides administrative representation when needed. As the Founder of Arlberg Technology Partners, LLC since 2014, Peter focuses on leveraging technology in the snowsports industry. With over 30 years of experience, Peter also operates Peter G. Ness Counselor at Law, PLLC, where practical legal advice is provided in taxation, corporate, and securities matters. Prior roles include general counsel and consulting positions in various investment firms and a significant tenure at EY as a Tax Manager. Peter holds an LLM in Taxation from Emory University School of Law and a JD from the University of South Carolina. Additionally, Peter is a certified PSIA Level III Alpine & Telemark Ski Instructor.
