Dona Owens

Dona Owens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and education. Currently serving as a Senior IT Business Analyst at PSI International, Inc. since September 2014, Dona has previously held the role of Senior Business Analyst at CMA Consulting from September 2005 to October 2013 and worked as a Senior Education Specialist at SUNY Albany - Research Foundation from February 1994 to January 2004. Additionally, Dona's early career includes a position as an outreach representative at EDS from 1995 to 2000. Dona Owens holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Lincoln University.
