David Picard

David Picard, the founder and President of PSInd, LLC, has been working at various levels in operations management since 1989. His background includes managing security on a nuclear weapons site (later leaving the military after achieving the rank of Captain), directing execution of several airline operations automations initiatives (one of which resulted in several consecutive JD Power awards in customer satisfaction), building out IT services delivery organizations, leading a global team in supplementing 35% of the effort to design and construct a evolutionary version of a market leading BPM platform, and providing oversight and technical direction / strategy definition for dozens of BPMS implementations in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Service Delivery sectors for large and midsize enterprises.
