Ricardo Silva has extensive experience in the field of virtual reality and augmented reality. Ricardo started their career at ACCIONA in 2008 as a Manager of the Virtual Reality department, where they focused on the development of immersive experiences for Caves. Ricardo also developed a proprietary engine for architecture and ray tracing.

In 2010, Ricardo joined Cedint as a Researcher on Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. Their responsibilities included creating 3D environments for virtual reality, conducting research on Human-computer interaction (HCI), and utilizing virtual reality installations and tracking devices. Ricardo also contributed to the development of applications and tools using augmented reality techniques.

In 2015, Ricardo became the CEO of BSense, where they worked on the development of virtual and augmented reality. Ricardo was also involved in the research and design of virtual reality interaction devices.

In the same year, Ricardo also served as the CTO of BSense Tech, further showcasing their technical expertise in the field.

Most recently, in 2019, Ricardo joined Psious as the Manager of the Unity & Virtual Reality department. Ricardo was responsible for developing the Psious product for mobile devices and virtual reality. Ricardo also managed the development of experiences and biometric technologies.

Throughout their career, Ricardo Silva has demonstrated a strong passion for virtual reality and augmented reality, consistently seeking opportunities to innovate and contribute to the advancements in the field.

Ricardo Silva's education history includes completing a degree in "Ingeniero técnico en informática de sistemas y experto en aplicaciones internet/extranet" from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they obtained a "Técnico de grado superior en desarrollo de aplicaciones informáticas" from the same university. In 2011, they began pursuing a Master's degree in "Realidad Virtual, Gráficos 3D y Videojuegos" from Universidad Rey Juan, though the end year is unspecified.
