Sandip Giri

Sandip Giri is a seasoned human resources professional with significant experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at PSIPL since August 2023, Sandip oversees the complete selection process, conducts candidate screenings, and analyzes attrition reasons. Previously as Talent Acquisition Manager at Sodexo from September 2021 to August 2023, Sandip designed and implemented recruitment strategies for a diverse range of positions and managed the entire recruitment cycle. Earlier roles include Office Associate at TCFM from February 2018 to September 2021 and Technician at EFS Facilities Services Group from June 2015 to February 2018. Sandip holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, completed in June 2017.
