Johanna de la Rosa

Johanna De La Rosa is a Practice Consultant at PSIvet since April 2023, focusing on advocating for member practices by providing resources to streamline operations and develop business strategies for growth and success. Prior to this role, Johanna served as a Registered Veterinary Technician at the Riverside County Department of Animal Services from July 2014 to April 2023, where responsibilities included scheduling, increasing weekly appointments, and enhancing customer relationships. Additional experience includes working as a Registered Veterinary Technician at the Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley and the County of Los Angeles Department of Animal Care and Control, with a focus on client education, inventory management, and compliance with state and local laws.
