Pavithra Padmanabhan

Pavithra Padmanabhan serves as the Joint Managing Director of PSN Group and the Managing Director of PSN Finance since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Pavithra held the position of Director & Head of Real Estate Financing for HSBC Commercial Banking in India from January 2012 to September 2022, managing a commercial real estate portfolio valued at USD 1.5 billion and overseeing substantial deal origination and execution. With experience in business development as a Partner at a family-owned real estate project management consultancy and strategic client coverage at Standard Chartered Bank, Pavithra has developed expertise in financing solutions and regulatory landscapes in real estate. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Architecture from Anna University Chennai.
