Tera Alabran

Tera Alabran is an experienced professional currently serving as Director of Operations at PSN Labs since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing a full-service engineering firm accredited to ISO 9001:2015 and managing a unique turn-key approach to product development. Prior to this role, Tera worked as a Retirement Plan Consultant at Northwest Savings Bank from August 2007 to November 2015 and served as a Customer Service Representative at M&T Bank from January 2006 to August 2007. Tera's earlier experience includes positions as a Graduate Assistant and Office Assistant at Niagara University, along with serving as a Hostess Server Trainer at Applebee's. Tera holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Niagara University Graduate School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Niagara University.
