Camila Navas Mondaca

Camila Navas Mondaca has three years of experience as a Bioinformatician. In 2020, they began working as a Bioinformatician - Content creation - Data Curator at Psomagen. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at uBiome as a Team leader Scientific Content and Bioinformatician. As a Bioinformatician, they were part of the Data Science team and focused on the data analysis of a large human microbiome database in order to provide information to feed the scientific research studies and complement the development of clinical products. In parallel, they developed tasks as a data curator, collecting information from scientific literature and using it in the company's products. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Bioinformatician at the Center for Bioinformatics and Integrative Biology (CBIB). At CBIB, their work was focused on the study of protein structure and drug design.

Camila Navas Mondaca is currently enrolled at Universidad de Talca. Camila has also obtained four certifications from Coursera since June 2020, including "The Data Scientist's Toolbox", "R Programming", "Introducción a la programación con Python", and "Estructuras de datos en Python".
