Andrew Bastien

Andrew Bastien, CFA has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Andrew began their career in 2001 as a Fixed Income Analyst at Standard Life Investments, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined PSP Investments as a Manager in Treasury, and was subsequently promoted to Director of Liquidity and Funding in 2017. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Senior Director of Liquidity and Funding at PSP Investments.

Andrew Bastien, CFA has an extensive education history in the field of finance. Andrew obtained their CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation from the CFA Institute from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Concordia University between 1997 and 2000, with a focus on finance. Andrew also attended CEGEP - John Abbott College from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued a program in commerce.

Andrew Bastien has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their expertise. In May 2022, they obtained a Certificate in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Investing from the CFA Institute.
