Jean-Philippe Cloutier M.Sc. PMP CBAP has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Jean-Philippe began their career at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) as a Business System Analyst in Financial Systems Management (Middle Office) in 2002. Jean-Philippe then took on the role of Manager, Public Markets Financial Systems Management (Front to Back Office) at CDPQ from 2004 to 2008.

In 2008, Cloutier joined PSP Investments as a Senior Business Analyst in IT Service Delivery for Public Markets Front to Back Operation.
