Stephane Bellemare has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Stephane worked at Investissements PSP from 2019 until the present, holding the role of Director, Digital Business Solutions since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as Senior Manager, IT Service Delivery from January 2019 to October 2021.

Before joining Investissements PSP, Stephane worked at Technologies Nter for several years. From December 2013 to December 2018, they were the Chief of Service for SCQ and SÉJQ evolution projects. Stephane also held the position of Chief of Service for Business Intelligence Systems from March 2012 to December 2013, and Project Manager from April 2011 to March 2012. As an Analyst and Team Leader, they were responsible for integration and development projects, business projects, and operational projects from September 2008 to April 2011.

Stephane's career began at Les logiciels Informat in 1999 as an Analyst Programmer and continued until 2006. Stephane also worked as a Programmer Analyst at Technologies Nter from 2006 to 2008.

Stephane Bellemare's education history begins with their enrollment at Cégep de Maisonneuve from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a DEC in Computer Science. Afterwards, in 2007, Bellemare attended the École de technologie supérieure and completed a Master's degree in Software Engineering. Most recently, in 2022, Bellemare enrolled at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal once again and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Finance. In addition to these formal degrees, Bellemare obtained a FOCC Certificate of Completion from Badgr (now part of Instructure) in July 2022.
