Diana Linares

Diana Linares is currently the Service Delivery Manager at PSS Tecnologías de la información, where Diana manages CAU projects by meeting control indicators (KPIs) for telephony and cost control. With a focus on customer satisfaction, Diana also oversees diverse teams including in-house, subcontracted, and client-owned teams. Prior to this role, Diana served as the Iberia Call Center Team Leader at Concentrix España and as a Team Leader at IBM. Diana holds a degree in Ciencias de la Informacion (Journalism) from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
