Michael Hill

Michael Hill is an experienced professional with a robust background in systems engineering and database management. Currently serving as an Associate Systems Engineer and Senior Project Engineer at PS Technology, Michael contributes to the development of crew management and timekeeping solutions that support over 100,000 employees and manage an annual payroll of $4 billion. Prior to this role, Michael spent nearly 17 years at IBM, progressing through various positions including Team Lead/System Support Specialist and Database Analyst/Developer, where responsibilities included leading support teams for mission-critical systems and designing financial data warehouses. Michael holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Denver, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Northern Michigan University, and a Certificate in Data Mining from UC San Diego.
