Sara Robinson, DNP, RN, PMHNP-BC, serves as an Assistant Professor and Specialty Director of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Programs at the University of Maryland School of Nursing since June 2024. Previously, Sara directed the PMHNP programs at the University of New Hampshire and contributed as the Editorial Board Nurse Practitioner Liaison for Psychiatric Times. Extensive clinical experience includes roles as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health and Seacoast Mental Health Center, and a registered nurse at McLean Hospital. Education includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of New Hampshire and a Master's in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Boston College. Sara is committed to enhancing psychiatric nursing education and patient care across the lifespan.
