Stephanie Hrdlicka Santoni has a diverse background in the healthcare industry. Stephanie started their career in 2011 at Seven Hills Behavioral Health Hospital, where they worked as an Intake Counselor and later as a Utilization Management Coordinator and Patient Advocate. In 2015, they joined Kingwood Pines Hospital as the Director of Admissions and Utilization Review.
In 2017, Stephanie joined Acadia Healthcare and served as the CEO-in-Training. Stephanie later became the CEO at Vermilion Behavioral Health Systems and Acadiana Treatment Center, leading these facilities until 2022. During their time at Acadia Healthcare, they played a crucial role in the management and operations of these centers.
