Dr. Micha Catur Firmanto

Dr. Micha Catur Firmanto is a seasoned professional in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, currently serving as the founder of Life Tree Psychology since January 2010, where focus areas include employee assistance programs, stress management, and mental health. With extensive experience, Dr. Firmanto also works as an advisor consultant at PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk and as an I/O psychologist for PT Alto Network's Employee Assistance Program. Previous roles include significant positions at PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk, encompassing leadership in corporate university initiatives and vocational programs. Dr. Firmanto holds a doctoral degree from Universitas Padjadjaran, complemented by master's and bachelor's degrees in psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara and Universitas Airlangga, respectively. Additional executive education has been completed at Prasetiya Mulya and PPM School Of Management.
