Endra Endra

Endra Endra's work experience begins in 2004 as an Assistant Lab Hardware at BINUS University, where they provided tutoring in the Hardware Laboratory course to college students. Endra also prepared the laboratory syllabus and calibrated laboratory tools.

In 2007, they joined AIA Financial as a Programmer Analyst. Endra developed applications, analyzed project needs from a developer perspective, and collaborated with Business Analysts to handle production issues. Later, they became the Programmer Analyst Manager, responsible for reviewing and assigning tasks to the Programmer Analyst team and collaborating with other departments to address performance issues.

In 2015, Endra moved to PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA, where they started as a Programmer Analyst. Endra developed applications, handled production issues, and designed project summaries. Endra was later promoted to the position of Head of Programmer Analyst, where they managed the Programmer Analyst team, checked for new technologies to apply, and assigned tasks and projects to meet resource and timeline needs.

Overall, Endra Endra has had extensive experience as a Programmer Analyst and has shown leadership skills in managing teams and collaborating with various departments.
