Previously, Hartono served as an Agent Coordinator, focusing on sales for external projects. Prior to that, Hartono worked at PT. Bakrie Pesona Rasuna (Elite Club Epicentrum) as a Marketing & Communication Staff, responsible for external promotions from August 2011 to August 2014. Hartono began a career at PT Griya Miesejati (Bakmi GM) as a Supervisor for incoming operations from August 2010 to August 2011. Hartono holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from University Christian of Indonesia, completed in 2011.
