Dipa Pradipta

Dipa Pradipta is a CX Research Senior Manager at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia since February 2020. Prior to this role, Dipa worked as a Market Research Specialist at AMG, PT Alternative Media Group from July 2016 to February 2020. With a background in communication and information, Dipa also held positions as Head of Communication & Information and Senior Researcher at Lembaga Survei Nasional from December 2011 to January 2016. Dipa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from IPB University and a Master's degree in Communication from Universitas Jayabaya.
