Mario Elfan Nico Roh Hutama

Mario Elfan Nico Roh Hutama serves as the Head of Technical Training at PT. Berca Schindler Lifts since July 2018, overseeing internal and external training and certification for field employees, conducting assessments, and acting as a Field Support Engineer for various elevator and escalator series. With a strong foundation in technical training, Mario has held roles as a Senior Field Engineer and Field Engineer at the same company, where responsibilities included training and mentoring. Prior to this role, Mario contributed to the Engineering Department at PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk in early 2018. Mario holds a D3 degree in Elektronika & Instrumentasi from Universitas Gadjah Mada, obtained in 2018, and is recognized as a BNSP Certified Trainer.
