Irawan Madyana

Irawan Madyana possesses extensive experience in financial and credit management, currently serving as the Department Head of Credit Collection and Billing at PT Cemindo Gemilang (Semen Merah Putih) since March 2015. Irawan's expertise encompasses developing credit policies, analyzing delinquent accounts, and negotiating payment programs, contributing to reduced bad debt through the creation of a Distributor Financing initiative. Previous roles include financial and accounts management positions at Medco E&P Indonesia, 3M, Otis Elevator, Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens, Amerada Hess, Unocal Indonesia 76, and ExxonMobil, where responsibilities ranged from accounts receivable and payable to financial analysis and project management. Irawan holds a degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, complemented by foundational education at SMU Muhammadiyah I Jogja and SMP Perguruan Cikini.
