Key responsibilities include overseeing operational performance, sales initiatives, credit administration, and customer service across various locations including Lampung, Serang, Salatiga, Kudus, and Solo. Prior to this role, Amirotul held a position as a Collection Staff - Desk Collector at HSBC from December 2009 to October 2010, focusing on managing delinquency rates for credit card and personal loan products.
