Paskah Nainggolan

Paskah Nainggolan has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Paskah started their career as an Intern BSS Engineer at PT. Indosat Tbk in 2010. Later, they joined Freeport Indonesia in 2011, where they held various roles such as Radio Network Engineer, Underground Mine Infrastructure Engineer, Mining Innovations and Technology Engineer, and Chief Engineer Deployment System. Their expertise includes mining infrastructure, radio network engineering, and project management.

Paskah Nainggolan attended SMA Negeri 4 Semarang from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they enrolled at Diponegoro University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from 2007 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Paskah obtained the MINEBOSS certification from PBE Group in May 2013. In February 2018, they acquired the POP (Frontline Operational Supervisor) certification from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). Additionally, in May 2018, they obtained the Kartu Pengawas Operasional (KPO) certification from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). Most recently, in April 2021, they received certification in "Building Fully Autonomous Mines From Pit To Port" from Clariden Global Pte Ltd.
