Ilen Kardani

Ilen Kardani has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Exploration at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) since February 2021, where Ilen also held the positions of General Manager and HSE Manager. Prior to this, Ilen founded Bosscha Training Partner, providing training services and event organization from September 2020 to February 2021. Ilen's earlier career includes significant roles at Halliburton from June 2010 to September 2020, including BD Sr Account Manager and Operations Manager, and a decade at Schlumberger from May 1995 to May 2010, culminating as Drilling Services Manager. Ilen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, attained in 1994.
