Utardi has extensive experience in human resources and legal roles, currently serving as HR. Project & Legal at PT. Indolima Perkasa since November 2015. Prior to this position, Utardi worked as a Junior Associate at Hidayat & Hudowo Law Office from September 2014 to October 2015, and held the role of HRD at CV Satria Pratama from April 2012 to August 2014. Earlier career experiences include staff positions at PT Tiens Indonesia and Mohammad Ashari, SH Advokat & Pengacara, as well as a Safety Supervisor role at CV Jaya Utama. Utardi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Islam Jakarta and a high school diploma from SMAN 27 Jakarta.
