Pandu Padantya

Pandu Padantya is currently serving as the Casting Operation Superintendent at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Pandu co-founded Toko Kopi DAMARLANGIT in July 2019, where efforts focused on creating a coffee shop that served as a social platform for students and small communities in Surabaya, promoting social interaction and collaboration. Responsibilities included developing company culture and overseeing supply chain operations. Pandu holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, completed in 2020, and a High School Diploma from SMA Negeri 3 Malang, obtained in 2017.
