Winda Frestikawati has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Managed Services Planning & Control Manager at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) since 2012. Responsibilities include managing business processes and resource allocation across various divisions, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining communication with management through reports and presentations. Previous roles include Production & Managed Services Planning & Control Manager and Production Planning Control & Quality Assurance Manager, where Winda focused on resource planning and quality assurance. Winda is also pursuing a course in virtual assistance at SGB VA Course as of June 2024, enhancing skills for a new career path. Winda holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University and has prior experience in various roles including Air Brake System Department at PT Pindad and Direct Channel at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk.
