Gema Ramadhan

Gema Ramadhan has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as an Assurance Data Analyst Support at PT Infomedia Solusi Humanika (ISH) since February 2020, with prior roles including Network Assurance Helpdesk. Gema's background includes working at Telekomunikasi Indonesia in various capacities from 2011 to 2019, encompassing access service operations and a trainee position. Gema also completed internships in insurance management at BPJS Kesehatan and received a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Telkom University, following vocational education in Access Network at SMK Telkom Jakarta.
