Stefanus Bayu Hidayat has significant experience in the insurance industry, specifically in managing team Group Business Distribution and developing health products. Stefanus Bayu held the position of Head of Marketing Department Health Care at PT. Asuransi Intra Asia from 2016 onwards, where they focused on managing the team, interacting with health partners, and improving business processes. Prior to this, Stefanus worked as a Senior Marketing Manager Group Distribution at PT. Asuransi Jiwa Recapital from 2007 to 2016, where they also managed the team and developed health products.
