Robertus Dwiriawan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Robertus currently holds the position of Senior Staff VP Director at PT Kaltim Parna Industri since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as QSHE Manager at PT. Kaltim Parna Industri, Ammonia Petrochemical from 2019. Robertus also worked as the HSE Manager at Banggai Ammonia Project-PT. Panca Amara Utama, Ammonia Petrochemical from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they have experience as Director at Omega Solution International from 2016 to 2017, QHSE Manager at PT Step Oiltools Indonesia from 2014 to 2016, QHSE Senior Manager at PT. Kaltim Pasik Amoniak from 2007 to 2014, Health & Safety Manager at PT. PPLi - WMI from 2006 to 2007, and QHSE Manager at PT. Lekom Maras Oil & Gas Drilling/Workover from 2005 to 2006. Robertus also has past experience with Halliburton Indonesia, where they held positions such as Field Service Quality Coordinator (QHSE) and TCP Service Supervisor.

Robertus Dwiriawan completed their education at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta from 1982 to 1988, majoring in Petroleum Engineering. Apart from their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In 2001, they became an Internal Quality Auditor through Neville-Clark. In 2007, they earned the certification of Integrated ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor from Pera Neville-Clark. Additionally, they obtained the certification of AHLI K3 SPESIALIS PENANGGULANGAN KEBAKARAN from the Building & Plant Safety Institute in 2007. In 2008, they completed the Process Safety and Risk Management course offered by Dupont Safety Resources Asia Pacific. Lastly, in 2012, they received the certification of Lead auditor ISO 22301:2012/Business Continuity Mgm System from the British Standard Institution (BSI) Group Pte Ltd Singapore.
