Alwan Wijaya

Alwan Wijaya is a highly experienced professional in the fields of construction and project management, currently serving as the General Manager for Strategic Project & Infrastructure at PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk since May 2023. Previous roles include General Manager Construction and Senior Project Manager at PT Merdeka Mining Servis, overseeing significant projects such as the Wetar/Morowali Acid Iron Metal project and the Tujuh Bukit Project. With a background that spans roles from onsite manager to project engineer at various esteemed companies, including PT NEWMONT Nusa Tenggara and PT Bumi Suksesindo, Alwan has developed a robust expertise in managing large-scale mining and infrastructure projects. Alwan holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brawijaya, obtained in 2007.
