Triatmoko NJ has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Triatmoko served as the Head of Human Resources & General Affairs at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent, held a position as GM Corporate Organization Development & Talent Acquisition at MPM Group, and acted as the Managing Director at Atmos Performa. Triatmoko NJ also served as the Managing Director at Vindotama, Director - Fulfillment Lead at mediatrac, and had roles at Daya Dimensi Indonesia as Business Head, Corporate Marketing Manager, and Senior Consultant HR Strategic Consultant. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Researcher at Lembaga Demografi FEUI and as a Junior Auditor at Hendrawinata & Rekan.

Triatmoko NJ completed their high school education at Pangudi Luhur High School from 1994 to 1997, focusing on Social Sciences. Triatmoko then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Indonesia, graduating in 2003.
