Ira Damayanti

Ira Damayanti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international business, export empowerment, and market development. Currently serving in the International Business Directorate of PT Sarinah, Ira is also the Founder and Chairwoman of Indonesia Diaspora SME Export Empowerment Development (ID SEED), which focuses on enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesian SMEs in the global market. As a co-founder and managing director at Skylar-Terra Holding, Ira has significantly contributed to trading operations across multiple regions, including Indonesia, the USA, and Turkiye. Additionally, Ira holds leadership positions at the Central Bank of Indonesia's IKRA initiative and serves as a Country Director for Berdi Australia Trading Pty. Ltd. With a background in design from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Ira combines creativity with business acumen to foster Indonesian products in international markets.
