Ferdinan Munthe has extensive experience in the medical field as a medical representative at PT. Tanabe Indonesia since September 2014, focusing on routine visits to healthcare professionals, promoting products, developing sales, and managing relationships with medical outlets. Prior to this role, Ferdinan worked at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. between February 2011 and August 2013 as a Monitoring Agency, where responsibilities included monitoring debt collector performance, assisting supervisors in agency collaborations, managing customer complaints, and handling oversight of customer bill discounts. Ferdinan holds a Diploma in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from AMIK MBP Medan, completed between 2004 and 2008.
