Aliya Widiyanti

Aliya Widiyanti is a Recruitment Officer at PT Total Prime Engineering since July 2023, responsible for end-to-end recruitment of an average of 8 talents per month, conducting psychological testing and scoring, competency-based interviews, employee orientation, and HR administration related to new hires. Previously, Aliya served as an Assistant Psychologist at Deepa Psikologi from November 2020 to May 2023, managing psychological test administration, conducting interviews for staff and managerial levels, and preparing assessment reports. Aliya holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, completed in August 2021.
